Having Associates who reflect the diverse communities we serve means we can better connect with our customers and provide a better customer experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are a Company with a long history of investing in inclusive workforce development initiatives, collaborating with community training and education partners, and advancing the development and promotion of Associates diverse by gender, race\/ethnicity, disability and veteran status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have designed our DEIB commitment to capture interest organically, create scalable and repeatable programs across all business segments and geographies, and engage Associates at all levels of the Company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Associate Resource Groups<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Associate Resource Groups (ARGs) are Associate-led groups centered around common interests, backgrounds or experiences. They are an important component of a diverse and inclusive workplace and help Associates feel a sense of belonging and connection within the organization and help us attract future and retain current Associates. ARGs are a way for people to come together around shared experiences and create a supportive network within the workplace. Each ARG has a sponsor from our Executive Leadership Team who assists with communication, connection and alignment. We have four ARGs offering a place for Associates to feel supported by each other and by allies within the company.
